Please treat this Gift Card like cash, it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. This card cannot be exchanged for cash. The card balance available can be verified on request at any Novo Australian store. Where a card balance remains after purchase, this balance can only be used against future purchases. if the purchase exceeds the card balance, another method of payment will be required. This card will expire 36 months after the date of issue.
